It must have been an AHA moment for you :-) &lt;br /&gt;And you make the point that 'open'is not necessarily FULLY transparent.&lt;br /&gt;So suppose IFF secrecy rules can fork to corporate secrecy levels as necessary and sufficient...&lt;br /&gt;Here is a metaphor for open secrecy levels:&lt;br /&gt;1 Open hand&lt;br /&gt;2 Card faces down&lt;br /&gt;3 Conventional: put card in a box.&lt;br /&gt;3a Open: MAKE a box from the cards facing inwards...&lt;br /&gt;Again, great insight, it inspires a whole host of thoughts. Even though browsers are still processing HTML, the fact that developers are writing code in a format owned by Facebook demonstrates the nature of the problem presented by a corporation with the market power of facebook.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As P2P Foundation's Sepp Hasslberger has said, human wealth should not necessarily be in the hands of commercial interests.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's get some working code out there!
